Drug Uses
Zyrtec is an antihistamine used to treat and relieve the symptoms of allergies and hives (urticaria). Some of the allergic symptoms that Zyrtec prevents are runny nose, sneezing, itchy and watery eyes.
How Taken
Zyrtec comes as a pill to take by mouth. The general dosage is a pill per day. This pill can be taken regularly or only when experiencing allergy symptoms. Follow your physician`s directions. Do not use less or exceed the dose prescribed by your physician.

Use Zyrtec with caution. Do not drive or perform other possibly dangerous tasks until you know how you respond to this medication. If your symptoms don't improve or if they worsen, notify your physician. This medicine should be used only by the patient for whom it has been advised. Do not take less or more or use it more often than suggested by your doctor.
